The launch of the APC Swap Centre in February marked another milestone for Sai Office Tanzania. It makes Sai Office (TZ) the only APC Swap Centre in Tanzania for all APC single phase units and the SUVTP range. The Sai APC Swap Centre will now hold stocks of UPSs and will swap (exchange) the APC units that are under warranty within 2 working days. Sai Office will also cover the complete process of communication and approval from APC to swap a unit that is faulty and is under warranty.
