All companies need someone to fix their IT problems “I cant see the network” or “How do I configure my printer” or “How do I add a new computer” or . or .. or The problems are endless. Most companies have an in-house employee to address these problems, but now, a new solution is available.
Proserve is the IT Services Centre within Sai Office Supplies and is now offering corporate Kenya the opportunity to outsource their IT management to a 3rd party thus allowing them to get on with their core activity. The service is predominantly provided remotely but is done in person when needed and within hours.
Proserve also extend their services to providing IT advice on issues such as network configuration, power backup, automated off-site archiving, antivirus solutions as well as software and hardware selection.
In addition, Proserve have a fully equipped and manned service centre that provides full after-sales support for many global brands such as Epson, Sukam, APC and Fellowes.
Proserve has a team of 30 people and is headed up by Kim Gichia who has been with the Ramco Group for 12 years.
