Travelshoppe recently exhibited during the World Travel Market fair in London to promote tourism to Kenya.
The event now in its 35th edition, was strongly supported by Kenyan Hoteliers & Tour Operators. In total, 46 Kenyan companies were exhibiting along with 11 counties all under the overall umbrella of the Kenya Tourism Board (KTB). The Kenyan delegation was led by Phyllis Kandie the East African Affairs, Commerce and Tourism Cabinet Secretary.
Seema Raval, the Managing Director of Travelshoppe, attended the event and afterwards commented, “The WTM was a great opportunity to remind the global travel industry just what a special and magical place Kenya is to visit. After the recent incidents in Kenya, we all need to get tourism back on track and contributing to the Kenyan economy.”
