Astral Pipes successfully launched their core product, CPVC pipes and fittings by appointing a major distributor in Lusaka (Zambia). The product reception into the Zambian market has been remarkable owing to its high quality and competitive pricing. The company ventured into exports during the first quarter of 2017 and has established aggressive trading partnerships with an aim to capture a major chunk of the market in 2017.
Another one of its breakthroughs was into the Malawian market for CPVC product range and drain fittings.
Astral Pipes also bagged a huge order to supply PVC pressure pipes for an ongoing water project in Rwanda in the coming months. Meanwhile, the company is looking into other East African markets for available business opportunities with a focus on CPVC pipes and fittings.
