Kentainers has made a critically important step to protect their workplace, clients, customers and visitors by ensuring all staff, transporters, service providers and frequent visitors received the first Covid-19 vaccine dose. This was done by building employee confidence and emphasizing the benefits of protecting themselves, their co-workers, friends and families, which encouraged many to voluntarily visit various health facilities to get vaccinated.
To make the process as convenient as possible, the company supported the vaccination drive by establishing teams in HR and IT department, who helped create accounts and schedule vaccination appointment on the Ministry of Health Covid-19 registry portal. They were also able to collaborate with health officials, and hosted a two-day mobile vaccination clinic in the company, which enabled those who did not get the chance to visit health facilities to get vaccinated.
A total of 263 employees, food suppliers and security staff have so far received the vaccine. The company remains committed to adhering to Covid-19 guidelines and supporting vaccination efforts as a critical tool for transitioning to normalcy and economic recovery.
