- The tribunal shall consist of a single arbitrator agreed upon by both parties, or appointed by the Chairman of CIArb Kenya in default of agreement.
- The seat of arbitration shall be Nairobi, Kenya.
- The language of the proceedings shall be English.
- The arbitral award shall be final, binding and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
10.4 Court Jurisdiction
- Subject to the arbitration clause above, the High Court of Kenya sitting in Nairobi retains exclusive supervisory and injunctive jurisdiction over matters related to these Terms.
- Severability and Entire Agreement
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable by an arbitral tribunal or court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ramco Group regarding your use of this Website.
