Beginning this year, Polythene Industries started a new line that deals with compounding and powder processing for Roto moulding water tanks. The end-to-end process, using machinery purchased from India, is used to turn roto moulding granules into the powder form that is used in the manufacture of water storage tanks. The company currently supplies the powder to Kentainers Kenya and Uganda. Available in black and white colours among others, the demand is set to keep growing.
