ASL Wire & Cable hosted an end of year lunch fete on 22 December 2018 in the company premises in Syokimau. The manager and some members of the staff gave speeches before sharing a meal together. Aimed at enhancing staff welfare, the party allowed staff to sit together and freely express their views, which has developed the organization’s communication skills as staff feel appreciated because their feedback is valued.
