In March 2019, all CEOs of Ramco Group spent a full day in training at Trademark Hotel with world renown coach Anand Chulani for the Master Class Step 3, having completed Master Class step 1 and 2 of the 5 step course. The Master class course is designed to build our CEOs into better leaders hereby enabling them to grow their people and companies.
The areas covered during the training were; Company Lifecycles, RPM – Results/Purpose/Massive Action and Talent.
