Sammy Lugado has joined RPWL as their People & Culture Manager. He joins at a time when the company is in the process of transforming its organizational culture in order to position employees as their competitive advantage in the market. Sammy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Kenyatta University and Certification in People and Talent Development and is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Human Resource. In addition, he has professional certification as HR Business Partner. Sammy has over 13 years of experience in HR having worked at Kenya Breweries Limited, East Africa Growers Limited and Milly Glass Works. His last assignment was Country HR Services & Reward Manager at Coca- Cola Beverages Africa-Kenya. His major experience is in building robust industrial relations and developing performance driven and winning culture.
