Flexoworld recently started an Employee of the Month recognition award. All employees of the company vote for whomever they feel deserves the award and include their reasons why. The person who receives the most votes wins the title and their photo is put up on the wall for three months.
The winners in May were Alfred, Operations Manager, and Leo, Designer, for going the extra mile for both customers and colleagues. In June, Accounts Support, Grace, was recognized for doing a great job taking over from her supervisor who is away on maternity leave.
Derek Steel, the Director of Flexoworld says, “As a team, sharing the positive reasons why your colleagues feel you have done a great job gives everyone immediate feedback and recognition for their hard work. It is truly making a good difference to our team spirit. “
