The Proserve and ICT Africa teams have been combined to form one team to be stationed at the ICT Africa offices in Ramco Group Industrial Park. The merger came into effect from March 2015.
The reason for the merger was to create synergy between the two teams to offer better and faster IT solutions within the Group and for outside clients.
Proserve will continue offering IT hardware and networking services to the group while ICT Africa will provide software management and application services.
ICT Africa, Managing Director Hari Iyer commented on behalf of both teams saying “The partnership has been seamless and our services as a team can only get better form here.”
