Ramco Group was invited to participate in the Annual Astro Cup tournament held on 20-22 September 2018 at the Oshwal Centre. The tournament attracted over 50 teams in several categories, including junior and senior teams.
The Ramco Group team of 10 players trained for a month before the tournament and came in fourth place, registering a famous win and a draw. The tournament gave all the Ramco Group players valuable experience and exposure as it was their first time to play on Astro turf grounds, especially at night, under the floodlights.
The Ramco Group football team endeavours to do much better in future tournaments as they continue training.
