Ramco welcomes ASL Ltd Wire & Cable Division to the Group. The new manufacturing plant, situated along old Mombasa Road, is now in operation after a meticulous set-up over the last 6 months. The Wire & Cable Division manufactures flame retardant, PVC insulated electrical, automobile and armoured underground cables for use in homes, industries and offices. The company also manufactures aluminium conductors used for power transmission. The key feature of these products is the flame retardant coating that provides customers with added safety and protection. The products are all manufactured in Kenya at the companys factory thus offering high quality cables and wires at competitive prices.
Heading up this new division is Mr. Unni Krishnan who has worked in the electrical cables industry for the last 8 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the company and Group and we wish him all the best as he steers the division to great heights.
